Payment not showing on ledger

• Wait 60 seconds for the callback
• Check Admin → Callback Logs
• If missing, run Reconciliation → Fetch missing

Report card missing a subject

• Verify the subject is enabled for the class
• Confirm marks were entered
• Regenerate the report card

Verification returns "not found"

• The code may be revoked
• Whitespace in the code — trim and retry
• Try scanning the QR directly
