How can schools collect fees digitally?+
Parents pay via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer or card. Payments are auto-matched to each student, receipts are issued instantly, and the bursar sees live reconciliation.
How do parents pay school fees online?+
Parents dial or open the parent app, enter their child's pay code, choose MoMo/Airtel/bank and approve. They get an SMS receipt within seconds.
How can report cards be verified?+
Every report card and certificate carries a unique QR code and verification ID. Anyone — employer, university, ministry — can scan or enter the code on eduwallet.ug/verify to see a signed authentic record.
Is my school data secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based, and we keep full immutable audit logs. Backups are geo-redundant across regions.
