1. Services

EDUWALLET provides:

• School fee payment services
• Wallet services
• Savings and transfer tools
• Digital financial services
• Payment collection services

2. Eligibility

Users must:

• provide accurate information
• comply with Ugandan law
• have authority to use submitted payment methods

Parents or guardians may manage accounts on behalf of students.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• not to misuse the platform
• not to conduct illegal transactions
• to keep account credentials secure
• to provide accurate information

4. Transactions

• Transactions may take time depending on telecom and payment provider availability.
• Convenience or transaction fees may apply.
• Completed payments may not always be reversible.

5. Suspensions

EDUWALLET may suspend or restrict accounts for:

• fraud
• suspicious activity
• policy violations
• compliance or legal requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

EDUWALLET is not responsible for:

• telecom network failures
• mobile money delays
• third-party outages
• incorrect user-entered details
• events outside reasonable control

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, and platform materials belong to EDUWALLET UG LIMITED.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
