Identity

• Legal name, short name, motto
• Logo (SVG preferred, 512×512 px minimum)
• Head teacher, deputy, chairperson

Locale

• Timezone (default Africa/Kampala)
• Currency (default UGX)
• Locale (en-UG, sw-UG, ar-UG)

Academic

• Grading scheme (Uganda 6-grade, IB, custom)
• Term/semester model

Payments

• MoMo & bank enablement
• Fee code prefix
• Late-payment policy
