Generating report cards

Prerequisites

• All marks entered
• Attendance closed for the term
• Fees settled or acknowledged

Steps

1. Go to School → Report Cards → Generate
2. Choose class + term + template (Standard, Islamic, IB)
3. Preview one student
4. Approve and batch-generate

Distribution

Report cards are pushed to parents via the parent portal, email, and optionally printed.

Verification

Every report card carries a QR and a verification code. Employers and universities can verify at verify.eduwallet.ug.
