Phase 1 — Preparation

• Sign implementation agreement
• Assign school champion
• Inventory current data

Phase 2 — Data migration

• Export from legacy systems
• Clean in Excel using our templates
• Import via Data Management → Import

Phase 3 — Training

• 2h admin training
• 1h bursar training
• 1h teacher training per department

Phase 4 — Go-live

• Soft launch with one class
• Parent onboarding SMS wave
• First fee collection cycle

Phase 5 — Post-launch

• Weekly health check for the first month
• Monthly review thereafter
