Structures

A fee structure is a set of line items applied to a class for a term:

• Tuition
• Meals
• Transport
• Uniform
• Other

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically when a structure is applied. Each invoice has a Pay Code the parent can dial or paste at checkout.

Payment channels

• MTN MoMo — collection request
• Airtel Money — cash-in
• Bank — Stanbic, Centenary, DFCU, Equity
• Cash — bursar records manually

Reconciliation

At the end of each day, run Bursar → Reconciliation to match provider callbacks with ledger entries. Drift alerts fire when > 0.1%.
